Return & Exchange Policy
1) You are responsible for selecting the appropriate items for your needs.

3) If you can bring up the case in 30 calendar days after you receive the products, we will take it for granted that the order is with no problem, and should be officially closed. If there is a quality issue with an item, please send us the video/picture proofs within 30 calendar days. we will assist with following options:
option 1: we refund a certain amount to consumers depending on the quality problem (after discussing with our Customer Service. And you don't need to send back the products.
option 2: you send back the products, shipping cost paid by us.
4) Items without quality issue, We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you insist of returning and refund. Shipping cost and tax will be paid by you.

I had placed my shoes over a month ago and emailed them with my order number but until now have not received the shoes yet for my daughter or a email back yet. Why I don’t know. Will not shop from here again.
One of my top hoop shoes I've bought. Especially for the price, 100 bucks for these are a great cop. Comfort, is great, the fit is great and is true to size. Traction is great as well. The colorways they have for the AR2 are nice as well. Rigorer is doing work. The podziemski shoes needs a better design though for sure.

The shipping was a terrible experience- hard to get info and when the box arrived it was barely being held together. The shoes feel cheap but are holding up okay so far (2 weeks in).
pls we need small size (36-39)
