Return & Exchange Policy

My son has bought a couple pairs of Austin Reaves shoes in the past, and these shoes are awesome. The problem is the shipping was increased substantially due to the "special box". The box didn't increase the weight at all, and the shipping box it came in was damaged, so I don't know what the additional cost was for, I feel like they were just trying to squeeze more money from the consumer by charging less for the product and then making up for it by charging a lot for the shipping. I probably will not buy from this company again if this practice continues

I have played 3 games in them and love them. I usually need more ankle support but have found that the lateral side of the shoe has the AR logo on a triangular support pieces that holds your foot up from basic ankle rolls. So far so good!
No shoes are better then this one. By far best basketball shoe for comfort and stability.
